Overview
These Provider Terms apply when your payment processing services are routed through Elavon, Inc. and its sponsoring member bank, U.S. Bank.
These terms supplement your SuperSonic Master Services Agreement and Schedule B, including Schedule B-1, where applicable.
Incorporated Documents
The following documents are incorporated into your Merchant Agreement:
- Elavon Acquirer Sponsored Merchant Agreement (included in Schedule B-1)
- Visa Rules
- Mastercard Rules
- American Express Merchant Operating Guide
The current versions of these network rules are maintained by their respective payment networks.
Key Terms
When using the Elavon processing route:
- You operate as a sponsored merchant under Elavon and its sponsoring member bank.
- You must maintain PCI DSS compliance, including completing any required Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) or Attestation of Compliance (AOC).
- Settlement occurs through SuperSonic’s designated settlement and FBO account structure as described in your Merchant Agreement.
- Card network operating regulations remain binding upon all merchants accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or other supported payment methods.
