The Incorporated Provider Terms identify the third-party service providers whose terms may apply when you activate certain SuperSonic POS products or services. These provider terms are incorporated by reference into your SuperSonic Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) only for the services you elect to use. Not every provider listed below applies to every merchant. When you activate an optional service, you agree to the applicable provider terms in addition to the SuperSonic Master Services Agreement and any applicable Service Schedule. SuperSonic maintains archived copies of incorporated provider terms applicable at the time of acceptance. Copies are available upon request by contacting legal@supersonicpos.com.
