Some provider terms are not listed here because they are set out in full in the agreement you signed rather than incorporated by link.

The Incorporated Provider Terms identify the third-party service providers whose terms may apply when you activate certain SuperSonic POS products or services. These provider terms are incorporated by reference into your SuperSonic Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) only for the services you elect to use. Not every provider listed below applies to every merchant. When you affirmatively accept and activate an optional service, as recorded in your Acceptance Record, you agree to the applicable provider terms in addition to the SuperSonic Master Services Agreement and any applicable Service Schedule. SuperSonic maintains archived copies of incorporated provider terms applicable at the time of acceptance. Copies are available upon request by contacting legal@supersonicpos.com.
