This Hardware & Returns Policy applies to point-of-sale hardware and equipment sold, placed, rented, or otherwise provided by MSYM Investments, LLC d/b/a SuperSonic POS (“SuperSonic POS”).
Equipment provided to merchants is governed by your applicable Merchant Agreement, including any equipment schedule. If this policy conflicts with your Merchant Agreement, the Merchant Agreement will control.
If your equipment arrives damaged or is defective upon delivery, please contact us within thirty (30) days of delivery.

We will repair or replace equipment covered under the applicable warranty at no charge.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any equipment is returned. Shipments received without an authorized RMA may be refused.
Except for equipment that is defective or dead on arrival, all hardware sales are final.
Discounted hardware pricing, free equipment placement, and waived setup or onboarding fees may be conditioned upon the terms of your Merchant Agreement, including minimum processing volume, exclusivity, or service commitments. If those conditions are not satisfied, or if your Merchant Agreement ends early, SuperSonic POS may recover the discount, waiver, or credit it provided, in full or reduced for the portion of your commitment you completed, as and to the extent provided by your Merchant Agreement and the fee terms you accepted.
Equipment provided under a placement, rental, or similar program remains the property of SuperSonic POS unless ownership transfers under the applicable agreement.
Upon termination of your Merchant Agreement, non-compliance with your agreement, or our written request, placed or rented equipment must be returned in good working condition, normal wear and tear excepted, within five (5) days.
If equipment is not timely returned, SuperSonic POS may charge the full retail replacement price as provided in your Merchant Agreement.
Rent-to-own equipment becomes your property only after the rental term has been completed or an authorized early payoff has been made in accordance with your Merchant Agreement.
