Overview
These Provider Terms apply when your payment processing services are routed through Worldpay, LLC and Fifth Third Bank.
These requirements supplement your SuperSonic Master Services Agreement and Schedule B, including Schedule B-2.

Key Terms
When using the Worldpay processing route:
- Your processing relationship is governed by Schedule B-2 together with applicable card network rules.
- Certain merchant categories, including age-restricted products, tobacco, alcohol, hemp-derived products, CBD products, and other regulated industries, require additional underwriting or approval before processing.
- A Processing Route Differential Fee may apply if disclosed in your Fee Schedule.
- Card network operating regulations remain binding upon all merchants.
