These Provider Terms apply when you activate Instant Payouts, disbursement services, or other financial access products powered by Astra.
These services are governed by Schedule G of your SuperSonic Master Services Agreement.
Incorporated Documents
Activation of Astra services incorporates:
- Astra Terms of Use
- Astra Privacy Policy
The current versions of these documents are maintained by Astra.
Key Terms
When Astra services are activated:
- You agree to Astra’s Terms of Use as incorporated into your Merchant Agreement.
- You acknowledge Astra’s Privacy Policy.
- Instant payouts and related disbursements are processed using SuperSonic’s designated settlement infrastructure and supported payment rails.
- Additional eligibility, verification, and risk controls may apply before Instant Payout functionality becomes available.
